Our Organizational Structure

      学生、白领和专业人士等志愿者利用业余时间为新叶提供免费的专业服务，这些志愿者构成了新叶管理团队。三位资深程序员设计了本网站，并承担起了网站的运营管理工作。我们还组建了专业的财务团队，拥有长期合作的法律顾问。这些志愿者在业余时间，通过网络协同工作，构成了我们整个新叶管理团队的运营。

We are seeking student and white collar volunteers to provide free services in their spare time. Three programmers have designed the website for us; our financial staff are also professionals who have full time jobs. Our entire operational team is made up of these volunteers who provide us with professional services in their spare time.
